An OOTDBuy order has two main stages: purchasing goods from a seller in China, then sending the received goods overseas. Paying for a product does not automatically arrange its international delivery.

Find a product on this spreadsheet or a supported seller platform. Copy the seller’s product-detail link into OOTDBuy’s search box. Product-name search is another discovery option, but confirm the exact listing before ordering.

Check the retrieved product, select its color and size, enter the quantity, and add it to the cart or continue to purchase. Include any specific purchasing requirements in the order notes. Review purchase restrictions before paying for an item with special shipping requirements.

Purchase payment and domestic freight

Submit the purchase order and pay the quoted item-side amount, including the applicable domestic freight to the warehouse. Review the currency, payment method and any selected extra service. The item-cost and shipping-charge breakdown explains the budget, while top-ups and balance refunds covers account funding.

This payment is separate from the later international parcel payment. Keep the selected variant and order number so you can compare them with the warehouse record.

Order review, purchasing and seller dispatch

After payment, OOTDBuy reviews the order and contacts the seller to purchase the goods. Follow the order status and use order consultation if you need to clarify an instruction. Watch for messages requesting confirmation or additional information.

Order review, seller dispatch and domestic transit are different stages. Their completion depends on the seller, stock and processing conditions; an example timeline is not a delivery commitment.

Warehouse receipt and photo review

The warehouse receives the goods, performs the applicable receiving checks, weighs them and creates the storage record. Once the item is stored, review the available photos and product information in your warehouse account. Track the separate storage deadline using the warehouse storage and dispatch guide.

Check the item, quantity and visible variant details before arranging an overseas parcel. Request support promptly if something is wrong. Additional QC services can carry a separate charge; see QC and inspection.

Stored-item selection and parcel submission

Select the stored items you want to ship and enter the complete overseas recipient details. Choose from the shipping routes available for that parcel. You can ship received items together or wait for additional purchases within the storage period.

Review packaging, reinforcement, insurance and other selected options. Confirm their scope and price before submission. Combining items may reduce repeated shipping charges, but package size, route limits and chargeable weight still affect the result.

International freight and final settlement

The available workflow may offer a parcel rehearsal or a prepaid shipping estimate. The final amount depends on the packed parcel and the carrier’s weight and volume calculation. A prepaid amount may require a top-up or produce a balance refund after settlement.

Review the final quote and settle any required difference. International dispatch follows the applicable payment and processing steps. See parcel packing and shipping for the two workflows.

Delivery follow-up and completion

Track the parcel in your OOTDBuy account and follow the destination carrier’s delivery instructions. Inspect it on arrival and keep the packaging if there is a problem. Confirm receipt in the account after receiving and checking the goods.

Stage completed What it establishes What still needs to happen
Item payment The purchase order has been funded Order review, seller purchase and domestic dispatch
Seller dispatch The seller has sent the goods Warehouse delivery and intake
Warehouse storage The received item has a warehouse record Review photos and submit a parcel
International freight payment The quoted parcel payment has been made Any final reconciliation, processing and dispatch
Destination delivery A carrier delivery event exists Check receipt and report any damage or missing contents promptly

Use the actual order or parcel record to identify the stage. A seller tracking number is not an international parcel number, and the absence of international tracking does not show whether the seller purchase can still be cancelled.
