Warehouse arrival is the point to check what was received and plan the next step. Keep track of the storage deadline even if you are waiting to combine several purchases.
Seller delivery and warehouse intake
Seller dispatch, delivery to the warehouse and completion of warehouse processing are separate events. After intake, OOTDBuy inspects the applicable receiving details, weighs the goods and adds them to your warehouse record.
If domestic tracking shows arrival but the expected warehouse record does not appear, check the seller’s tracking information and contact the sender, domestic carrier or OOTDBuy support. Provide the order and tracking numbers so the parcel can be identified.
Normal storage: 90 days from Received
Normal warehouse storage is free for 90 days, calculated from the order’s Received status. Use the date and deadline shown for your own goods to plan dispatch.
The system sends an email when normal storage approaches expiry. If no waybill is submitted and no response is provided after the period expires, the goods can be treated as abandoned and disposed of. Do not rely on a further reminder after disposal.
If you need help before the deadline, contact support while the goods are still within their storage period. An extension is not automatic.
Unmatched parcels: 30 days from Signed for
Abnormal or unmatched parcels have a 30-day period from the Signed for status. These are parcels whose order or user cannot be identified, including cases with incomplete logistics information.
Because the warehouse cannot match them to an account, it may be unable to send a reminder. Supply the tracking number and order details promptly. Unresolved parcels can be treated as abandoned and destroyed after expiry.
Storage and seller after-sales use different clocks
| Record or deadline | Starting point or scope | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Normal storage | 90 days from the order’s Received status | Plan a waybill before the displayed deadline |
| Abnormal or unmatched parcel | 30 days from Signed for | Supply the tracking and order details so the warehouse can identify it |
| Seller after-sales | The seller’s applicable receipt or sign-off deadline | Review photos and apply while the item is still eligible |
The storage period is not an extension of seller return eligibility. Goods can remain in storage after their after-sales window has ended. Do not use the storage countdown to decide how long to wait before reporting a wrong item.
Review the photos and selected variant when the warehouse record appears. Raise a wrong-item or damage concern promptly, and check returns and refunds before waiting for another purchase to arrive.
Dispatch planning before the storage deadline
You can select several stored items for one overseas parcel where the route permits. Compare the combined dimensions, weight and contents before submission. Consolidation can reduce repeated charges, but it does not guarantee a lower quote for every parcel.
Storage also does not extend a product’s shelf life. Consider the condition and usable life of an item while planning how long to keep it at the warehouse.
When the selection is ready, follow parcel packing and shipping.
