Product characteristics and route restrictions
Medicines, liquids, creams, powders and cosmetics have shipping restrictions. Confirm the exact item with support before purchasing. Eligibility can depend on the product’s contents, format and the service available for your destination.
An item accepted for purchasing may still have fewer usable shipping routes. Check restrictions for the actual parcel, including the permitted weight, dimensions and contents.

For electronics, identify whether the item contains a battery and what type of product is being shipped. A phone case and a powered device do not have the same characteristics. Resolve the exact product with support rather than treating an electronics category label as route approval. Export, route and destination checks
China’s export controls and the destination’s import requirements both matter. Shipping options for the United States, the United Kingdom and individual EU countries should be checked separately.
