Review the funding method, settlement currency and charges before adding money to OOTDBuy. A payment confirmation and an updated account balance are separate records, so keep both until the funds appear correctly.

Wise currencies and payment references

Wise top-ups support USD, GBP, EUR, NZD and AUD. Use the payment details provided for the currency you select; do not assume that account details are interchangeable between currencies.

Before transferring, verify the recipient information, amount and payment reference shown in the top-up instructions. Keep the Wise transaction reference and payment confirmation for reconciliation.

PayPal charges, currency and credit timing

PayPal top-ups support Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, along with selected local bank cards. Availability still depends on the payment options offered for your transaction.

The credited top-up is converted into USD. The stated processing charge is 4.5% of the top-up amount plus US$0.30. Settlement exchange rates are adjusted using Bank of China rates; review the rate and any spread shown before confirming.

For a USD 100 top-up amount, the stated processing-fee formula gives USD 4.80: 100 × 4.5% + 0.30. This illustrates the fee calculation, not the amount ultimately credited or charged in another currency. Check how the actual payment screen presents the fee and conversion before confirming.

The balance can take 1–60 minutes to update. Start from User Center → Top Up, enter the amount, select the payment method and complete the provider’s payment steps. The shipping address supplied on the payment page must match the recipient address used when submitting the parcel.

Account ownership and unused-balance validity

Top-up credit is prepaid funding for OOTDBuy services in your own account. It cannot be transferred between accounts, does not earn interest and is not a bank deposit or a way to collect money for third-party sellers.

Top-ups have a stated ten-year validity from successful payment. The terms describe an attempt to contact an inactive account holder about a refund at the end of that period. Keep your registered contact details current rather than treating an unused balance as permanent storage.

Balance refunds and original-method refunds

Order-cancellation refunds return to the OOTDBuy balance. A refund to the original payment channel requires the applicable conditions to be met; it is not automatic.

Where an original-channel refund applies, conversion uses the settlement rate of the original top-up. Top-up transaction charges are non-refundable, and exchange-rate differences can affect the amount returned.

Missing credit, duplicate charges and report deadlines

Submit a customer-service ticket for a failed top-up, duplicate charge or payment that has not credited correctly. Apply within 30 calendar days of the charge. Later claims have method-specific limits and may carry a manual-verification charge, so do not postpone reporting.

A provider payment confirmation, a debit on a bank statement and an OOTDBuy balance entry record different stages. A payment can be successful with the provider while the account credit still requires reconciliation. Avoid repeating a payment solely because the balance has not updated immediately.

Include the transaction ID, charge screenshot, bank or payment-provider proof and your OOTDBuy account ID. The stated verification period is within 10 business days after all required documents are received; this is not a promise that every bank refund settles within that time.

Card-payment issues

For an unauthorized card charge, notify the issuer promptly and contact OOTDBuy through a support ticket. Keep the order record, statement and issuer’s investigation documents. Any platform reimbursement depends on the specified eligibility conditions and issuer confirmation; a secure payment connection alone does not guarantee reimbursement.

For the rest of the order budget, see fees and shipping costs.

For cancellation or a return of purchased goods, use the order-stage cancellation and seller return guide. An unused-balance refund and a seller’s product refund are separate operations.
